How ordering works

No basket, no account, no card field. An enquiry, a figure, and cash at the door once you have seen what turned up.

Most shops make you assemble an order yourself and pay before anyone has looked at it. We do the opposite: you say what you are after, a person checks it against the shelf, and you get one figure to accept or ignore. The money moves last, and only once the box is physically with you.

The five steps in full

1. Send the shortlist

Use the enquiry form or email support@syphrix.com. Include the items and how many of each, and the street address the box has to reach. Product codes are not needed — plain names are enough.

If you are unsure whether something fits, describe the situation rather than the product. The hob you cook on, the depth of the cupboard, the size of the freezer drawer. That is usually more useful than a model number.

2. We check the shelf

Everything is checked against real stock before you are quoted, so a figure you are given is for things that exist. If one item is out, the reply says so and gives the restock date rather than quietly swapping in something similar.

3. One figure comes back

Normally the same working day, Monday to Saturday, and always within one. The reply carries a single total with Spanish VAT and delivery already inside it. There is no separate shipping line to discover later and no surcharge for paying in cash.

4. You confirm, or you do not

Replying to accept is the whole confirmation. Saying nothing closes the enquiry after a week — there is no follow-up sequence and nothing is held against your name. Changing the list at this point costs nothing either; we simply re-quote.

5. Cash at the door

The box travels with a tracking reference so you know which day to be in. Open it while the courier waits. If the contents match the figure you agreed, hand over the cash. If they do not, refuse the delivery and it goes back on the van at no cost to you.

What this means in practice

QuestionAnswer
Is there an account to make? No. Nothing to register, nothing to reset.
When is money taken? At your door, in cash, after you have looked inside.
Can I pay by card? No. There is no terminal and no gateway anywhere in this business.
Does delivery cost extra? No. It is inside the figure you are quoted.
Is there a minimum order? No. One clip-lid box is a valid order.
Can I change my mind?Yes, up to the moment the box leaves, and for 30 days after it arrives.

Nothing is owed until the box is in your hands. An enquiry is a request for a price. Even a confirmed order can be refused at the door with no cost and no cancellation charge, because no money has moved yet.

Where to go next

Delivery covers timings and which countries we reach. Returns covers the thirty days afterwards. Answers has the longer list of questions people actually ask.
