Why there is no banner
Spanish law transposing the EU ePrivacy Directive, article 22.2 of Law 34/2002 on information society services, requires consent before storing anything on your device that is not strictly necessary to deliver the page you asked for. Consent is needed because tracking is happening.
Nothing here tracks you, so there is nothing to consent to. A banner asking permission for cookies that do not exist would be theatre.
What is actually stored

Both are strictly necessary within the meaning of article 22.2 and neither can identify you. A visitor who only reads pages and sends an enquiry will usually collect neither.
What is not here
No Google Analytics or any other analytics package. No Meta pixel, no advertising tags, no remarketing, no A/B testing tools, no session recorders, no heat maps, no embedded social buttons, no fonts or scripts loaded from a third party that could see your address on our behalf.
The webfonts are served from this domain rather than a font network, which means no third party learns you visited.
Local storage
The enquiry form keeps nothing in your browser. If you fill it in and leave, nothing is retained and nothing is recovered when you come back. Closing the tab discards what you typed.
Controlling cookies anyway
Every browser lets you block or delete cookies in its privacy settings. Doing so will not break anything on this site, because nothing depends on them. The pages are static and the form works without them.
